Panera Bread - Chester

I was very disappointed with the chicken chipotle avocado melt as the avocado was not fresh.

I ordered a salad with avocado, but unfortunately it was not ripe and very hard. The nuts in the salad were not what I expected at all. It was the worst salad I have ever had at a Panera location. Additionally, we had to request for our table to be cleaned. However, the young man who cleaned our table was polite and apologized for the oversight. Unfortunately, my husband and I do not plan on returning to this restaurant, even though it used to be one of our favorites. It is disappointing for me to have to leave this negative review, but hopefully there will be improvements at this establishment in the future.

Consistently quality and great people all around always met with a smile by the kind folks who work there. I often stop by for morning coffee or tea, and feel a sense of warmth every time I walk through the doors. Open early and closes late a great spot to stop by for comforting bowl of soup and sandwich on those nights that you're too tired to cook dinner.

Just went through the drive thru for drinks. My daughter always asks for an iced carmel latte with almond milk. Except for the man who used to work there 2 years ago, nobody could make this simple drink (no matter which Panara).Except for today. The young man who worked the drive thru did it perfectly. Also, the frozen coffee without the syrup did taste good. Great job. Thank you.

Picked up a tuna salad and tomato soup combo. Very delicious. Would recommend
