The Fo'c'sle - Chester

My partner, cousin I had a fabulous meal last evening enjoyed the band which included the saxophone…had a New Orleans blues sound…made me want to get up dance…I would highly recommend the stuffed haddock..one of the best meals I’ve had the pleasure of eating…my partner had the nachos my cousin had a double burger…both commented on the exceptional quality of each…great service as well

We end up going here every time we visit our friends in Hubbard's. Food and atmosphere is very east coast Fun pub stuff.

The food was good, our server friendly and attentive but I hadn't even started my fries yet when a woman manager I believe) asked to take them and it was busy that night but I've never been rushed like that with a full plate of fries. the music was fine but it was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think let alone have a conversation with your own table at 630 in the evening mind you..great atmosphere, funny signs throughout but I left with my ears aching and a bad taste in my mouth!

Food is absolutely fantastic, fish was perfectly battered and cooked. Beef dip sandwich was wonderful and the service is fast and attentive. Bev and the staff are a delight, best meal I've had out this summer.Vegetarian options: A bunch of options
