Mcdonald's - Cheshire West and Chester

Dirty, had to clean the table myself.Very poor quality, tasteless food and no longer much cheaper than far nicer places to eat. Bits of order were missing No seats as downstairs was full staff said we weren't allowed to sit upstairs where the whole floor was empty. Toilets are disgusting.

Easily found a table but it was sticky and dirty and had to move rubbish off it first. A manager was parading round asking someone to take their foot off a chair and someone else to put their shoes on. He seemed reluctant to do what was actually needed himself a good tidy up. My qtr pounder burger was actually just a thin flat burger dressed up like a qtr pounder but I couldn’t be bothered to go back to the counter and it was actually quite tasty as were the chips. Very noisy and rowdy, not the most relaxing place to eat

All I say is Kurt is an absolute legend , we love Kurt, give that man a raise he is amazing!!! Excellent customer service and I hope he does well with his masters

We have decided to no longer dine at this restaurant. The inexperienced manager, who is arrogant and refuses to take accountability for serving cold food, has driven us away.

I found a hair inside one of the nuggets at this restaurant. It was grey and curly, and not just on the outside but inside as well. It completely ruined my experience and was disgusting.
