Chatwins Hoole

Ham salad batch with one thin slice of ham £3.50. According to management this is the correct size portion. Bland and tasteless. Better sandwich shops within walking distance.

My boyfriend and I stopped by Chatwins after exploring Hoole for a snack and drink. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service, as the manager was unfriendly and unhelpful. However, there was a lovely lady named Kay who assisted us in choosing our food and drinks. We also found the restroom to be dirty and neglected, but the manager didn't seem too concerned when we brought it to her attention. Overall, a terrible experience and we will not be returning.

The place was empty, the staff asked me to put a mask on , the food selection looked poor and the drinks were warm... apart from that everything was fine ! If they carry on like this,they'll be bankrupt within 6 months .

Overpriced and poor value, and always get the feeling I've been ripped off every time I buy a hot sandwich. Cold sandwiches are fine, but why ration the hot food, chatwins? I suppose it's my own fault for continuing to go back in, but I only do so because of the convenience of being able to park outside, and this place isn't anywhere as busy as it used to be so I don't have to queue

The bacon was of poor quality with lots of fat and not cooked enough. We were hoping for a nice Sunday breakfast but were disappointed by the experience.
