Caffe Nero - Cheshire West and Chester

The staff was extremely courteous, the location was ideal for a day of shopping, and the caramel latte was the best I have ever had.

We were assisted by a woman with red hair who was incredibly polite and helpful. Despite the restaurant being busy, she quickly made our drinks and provided excellent service with a friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

The restaurant has poor access and especially to the toilets, which do not feel clean. The furniture is shabby and there is only one toilet with a very low ceiling and poorly placed lighting. I had to stoop to pee and my head blocked the ceiling light, making it difficult to see. I wish I had read the reviews about the toilets before ordering my drink.

I have used this Nero most days for a few years to get coffee on my way to work in the morning. I've been working away for the last months or so and was disappointed to find very inconsistent amounts of coffee in my...take out cup! Large cappuccino was only half full with fresh air/froth to the top, large latte generally full. Not great when you are paying over each. Starbucks have bigger cups and they fill them! Get a grip Nero.....

Coffee was bitter. Chocolate was hideously overpriced! However, the accessibility was shocking. Downstairs (very steep) toilet. And just one toilet. You’d think that a major chain would accommodate for disabilities and also footfall. One toilet is not enough. Will stick to the independents.
