The Flower Pot - Cheshire East

It 's a shame there are so many 'terrible ' reviews on TA, I 've not eaten here for a while so can 't really comment to be fair. Brought a friend for the first time, she was very complimentary, great ambience. I 'm not a big fan of the Robbies ale but it was nice to have a Moretti for a change.

Visited for a dinner was told that the first bottle of fizz I ordered (menu stated could buy by glass or bottle) was only available by the glass.. Ditto for the second bottle of fizz. Queried it to be told they were waiting for the menus to be replaced. I’d expect a decent establishment to honour this all the same. A but unimpressed we decided to order a stater only, the soup was actually nice but let down by it’s gruyère crouton. This came as 2 thin pieces of half toasted bread and a strip of bright yellow cheddar melted. Perhaps the chef doesn’t know cheese too well. Just felt very pathetic.

Had a fantastic family get together at the Flower Pot for dinner. The staff were amazing and did a great job to provide an excellent service to all 28 of us. Thank you

What an absolutely fabulous pub! Glenn Sam are wonderful and always make us feel so welcome! The food is amazing! Can’t recommend it enough! Dog friendly in the bar area, which is a real plus. Definitely our go to pub! Visit … you won’t be disappointed! Good for couples, family, friends perfect!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this establishment. Glenn and Sam were excellent hosts friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The food was impeccable, and the service was top notch. The pub was spotless, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. A definite must visit!
