Sun Kong - Cheshire East

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend this place for its great food and friendly, amazing service. It is a great place to eat with excellent food and top-quality service. The experience is simply awesome.

I requested to speak to the manager, who gave a similar explanation that they were unable to turn away a big order. I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but it is unfair to claim to adhere to safety measures when they are clearly not doing so. As customers, we try to perform our own risk assessments before supporting local businesses, and it is disappointing to see this lack of responsibility.

So utterly pissed off! We came in and ordered food at 1905. We were told it would be a 35 mins wait so we chose the delivery option because we’d been caught in the rain and were soaked. We were told it would be with us within the hour. Fantastic! At 2040 we rang to ask where our food was. We were told it has just left and would be with us shortly. It’s now 21:15..... no sign of food and no answer when we ring because it’s now shut. Hungry. Poorer for food we never **** got. And really effing cross. Sort it out Sun Kong... I expect my money back and a huge apology this is outrageous ! ????

Customer in front of us spent £15 and got free prawn crackers. we spent over £20 and no free prawn crackers. They clearly have favourite customers. Shame, as I've been a customer for the past 15 years.

Had a really good takeaway last night , food was delicious and back on track. Thank you
