Sainsbury's - Cheshire East

Coffe okay but didn't have any hot chocolate at 9 in the morning even though it is in Sainsbury's which has huge amounts.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this cafe. I have visited many times while shopping and have always found the tables dirty and the floor unswept. I have even had to bring antibacterial wipes to clean the tables myself. Despite understanding the challenges of being short-staffed, I was taught in my years of working in kitchens that cleanliness should be a priority. Unfortunately, this is not the case at this cafe. The service is slow and unfriendly, the menu often runs out of items, and the coffee is inconsistent. The toilets are not well-maintained, with a lack of toilet paper and unpleasant smells. For a well-known brand like Sainsbury's, this level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable.

I went to macclesfield Sainsbury's today. 26/11/23. I had to return my coat because the zip had failed. Of course I was very disappointed But I really wanted the exact someone I looked on line and they had sold out. So I asked Louise at the clothing department To find the nearest store where they have them She phoned a few places and finally find one. They are holding it for me and hopefully getting it today or tomorrow I think Louise was very kind, helpful and patient and very calm, sorting it all out for me. Thank you so much Louise for helping me.

I frequently visit the Sainsbury's cafe, at least twice a week! It's a great spot to grab a sandwich, pizza, breakfast, coffee, and more. It's also quiet enough to get some work done. The staff are always friendly, smiling, helpful, and patient.
