This saddens my heart bc this used to be my spot from the 90s! It's gone downhill. I just can't with the smell inside the restaurant. It's like old carpet and rotten food. Service was always good tho. It's been 1 year since I've been here. They definitely need a reno.

If I could give them a zero I would!! Horrible service! Scheduled a catering pick up for 11 AM, arrived at 11 am, called at 11:20, still waiting at 11:30

Today my baby girl and I had a mommy and me day. A first of more to come. Our waitress was Stephanie and she was stellar. Made sure we were good, checking in on us periodically. She was attentive and made us feel right at home. We arrived around 3p so it was not bustling busy but had a steady flow of families coming and going during lunch weekend rush. Wonderful ambiance and clean tables. Stephanie worked 4 tables seamlessly and strived to stop by and provide updates on entree eta 's. Both she and the hostess that seated us let me know the specials they had going and informed me about the e-Club which I wasn 't aware of since I knew Olive Garden had done away with their rewards program over a year ago now. The food was delicious. I 'm somewhat a creature of habit. I got the chicken alfredo, no added broccoli this time around and it tasted great. Didn 't do the fried calamari because the soup filled me right up. Zuppa Tuscano..the best yummy. My daughter knew she wanted Sketti Spaghetti with grapes. She almost ate all her entree almost..would 've been a first too...she 's 4. Today 's dining experience is why I love Olive Garden..fondly called the OG, amongst my family and friends who know me. Thank you!!

I found raw chicken in my soup. Awful! I will be contacting them later. This restaurant has gone downhill, just like most in town. I will not be dining here again.

It is common knowledge that there are staff shortages everywhere now. Despite the nearly empty restaurant, we had to wait for 10 minutes. We finally sat outside to watch the geese, and our party of 3 was called for our table. Surprisingly, we found an empty hostess desk when we entered. After waiting for about 3 more minutes, she finally appeared. We were seated and ordered water, but had a slow wait for our food. Salad and breadsticks arrived, but there were no plates to eat with. After my husband requested plates, they were brought to us. The utensils were quite dirty. Our entrees were basic and not very impressive.
