Oishi Sushi - Chesapeake

Fantastic sushi place especially for lunch as we each got three rolls. I got the healthier options of avocado with cucumber, tempura shrimp, and a California roll vs. hubby who was more brave than me opting for the eel, tuna and salmon. We were really impressed by how fully stuffed these rolls were for lunch specials as usually specials are not so generous so we were both happy. Moreover the miso soup was really delicious, full of genuine miso flavor and not the instant miso soup you can make for yourself at home or the diluted miso soup you typically get at other Japanese restaurants. Surprisingly full of flavor as well as nori and tofu bits. We rolled ourselves out of there but we know we will be back.

The most authentic ramen I could find here in Chesapeake. Coming from Hawaii, had a hard time trying to find a great ramen and sushi restaurant that was as close to home that I could find.

Stopped in for dinner and was not disappointed in any way. The Kimchi fried rice is deliciously unique. The red snapper sashimi was perfect and melts in your mouth. The crazy tuna and spicy city rolls were incredible. The spicy city roll is a new favorite. Thanks for the wonderful service, I will be back!

Amazinggggg hibachi, comes with so much food you really get your moneys worth when you order from them.

Quick friendly service. I like going to sushi spots where it's quiet and actually have cute wall decor. The lunch menu is a great price. I'll be trying the kimchi fried rice next time.
