Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chesapeake

My white rice didnt even have cilantro or lime, it was just clumps of rice

I ordered the fajita veggie quesadilla, but instead of a quesadilla, I received the vegetables in a bowl alongside rice, beans, and guacamole—there was no tortilla at all. The kids' chicken quesadilla had two hard pieces in it that my child and then my husband bit into. They felt like plastic and were not at all edible. Additionally, the queso blanco was cold and solidified; it was definitely not warm. I was really disappointed with the experience.

The taco was nicely prepared and fresh, and I ordered chips with tomato salsa, but they forgot to include the chips!

I'm not sure what's going on with this Chipotle, but it's unusual to receive an accurate order from them. During my latest visit, they forgot two bags of chips and my drink. This is also the third time I've ordered a Mexican Coke, and it didn't come either. Be cautious!

My chips were stale. I was very disappointed.
