Boston Market - Chesapeake

Over half of the menu items were unavailable. The sides were very watery, possibly to make them last longer. I could have gotten better food for $14 at another restaurant.

I have never been disappointed by this restaurant in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake! My go-to dishes, the creamed spinach and sweet potatoes, are consistently delicious - so much so that I often order 2-3 servings of each. The chicken is always flavorful, juicy, and simply delicious. In comparison to the other location in Norfolk, I would rather make the drive to Greenbrier to ensure a satisfying meal, rather than having to deal with dry chicken that I have to return twice before even leaving the parking lot.

I recently visited BM after a long time and was disappointed to find that many items on their menu were no longer available. The drive-through sign had not been updated, with items simply covered up with a white sign indicating they were unavailable. The baked chicken, which used to be tasty with crispy skin and good-sized pieces, was a letdown as I received one small leg and two dried out thighs. The sides of corn and mashed potatoes were decent, but the cornbread was overcooked and dry. Despite ordering a slice of apple pie which had some flavor, I doubt I will be returning to BM anytime soon as it seems like they may be closing soon.

It was my first time, I went to BM. I didn't know about the menu. A worker explains me about most menu. She did very nice customer service. But about half of foods were out of service.

The food was cold and for what I paid for I got just a bite of food. the help is truly a joke. the chicken is always solid out. don't wast your time going there.
