Domino's Pizza - CHESAPEAKE BEACH

Ordered three pizzas, they got the address wrong. Had to wait a lot longer and nothing was done to make it less inconvenient. I was also watching the activity on the tracker and it seemed they were not even close to our location when they confirmed thedelivery at the wrong address. Ive had better service from this place before.

Hats off to the dedicated Domino's staff on a busy Friday night. Despite dealing with challenging customers, they maintained professionalism and ensured our pizza was delicious and our order was accurate. Thank you for your hard work!

I recently went to pick up my order from this restaurant, and witnessed a disagreement between an employee named James and the shift manager. James was using foul language and being very argumentative, which was highly inappropriate considering there were young children present in the crowded waiting area. It was a very disrespectful situation.

I used to love Domino's, but I am disappointed with the recent experience. This restaurant used to be great, with quick service and no mistakes in my order. However, when I tried to order online this time, it didn't work. After waiting for 30 minutes, I gave up and called instead. I suspect they did not apply my coupon, as the cost was higher than usual. The sodas I ordered were wrong, the marinara sauce was missing, and the pan pizza was soggy. My brother tried to call the store to complain, but after being put on hold, we decided to just give up. Please, bring back the Domino's I used to love.

Never order from this location ever! The driver couldn?t find my house. He called me twice. I picked up the phone I said hello and he wouldn?t say anything. I called the store because it had been an hour. They said he was going back to the store butwill have him turn around. I didn?t want cold food by that point. The girl on the phone was irritated that I was upset ? Iapologized for being upset to start with because I hate complaining. I was polite but she still had an attitude from the start.No one said sorry or anything. I said I wanted a refund and she hung up on me! Customer service is horrible! Aren?t theysuppose to say I?m sorry he couldn?t find your house.. let me warm up the food, refund. Something.
