Contribuiți la feedbackLast night stopped to get 5 subs, and as I went into I saw that there was only one employee working and she was already in the middle of a 6 suborder. She did not only all 6 plus my order witch was 5. Ahe did everything in 15 minutes. Wow.
It's obvious why this place sucks... 15 minutes sitting in the drive through?? Another 15 to make the food??
You would expect national franchises to maintain consistency across different locations, but the staff can really change the experience. I stopped by this Subway while passing through town and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and lively team working behind the counter. That's right, they were genuinely engaging people, not just disgruntled minimum wage employees. A piece of advice for all restaurants: prioritize hiring personalities over just skills! As for the food, it was your standard Subway fare—neither exceptional nor subpar—but the overall experience was definitely more enjoyable than at other locations.
Carrigan made my sandwich, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. She was quite rude and seemed to handle my meat with a bit more force than I would have liked. Additionally, her facial piercings didn't sit well with me for a workplace environment; they came across as unprofessional. She didn’t smile at all, and her hair was quite messy. I won't be returning to this restaurant.
I just had a wonderful experience ordering breakfast for the first time. I love Subway for lunch, but I had never tried their breakfast before. Angela, the manager, approached me and shared some fantastic suggestions. The customer service was excellent!
