Room was clean and tidy. Food is fantastic. Reasonable price. Bar staff Manager or supervisor) was very rude. The guy didn't even talk politely when we asked for a table.

The Royal style Hotel. Superb stay. Room was luxurious. The room decorations was best among all hotels I have ever seen. The breakfast was very delicious. They also extended our checkout to 1 hour on our request and kept our luggage until evening as we were on Kochi sightseeing trip. They also upgraded our room for free. Overall this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Great atmosphere, food was good but definitely could be better. Service was somehow ok, but needs improvements. Veg Meals Fish Pollichathu was nice but duck biriyani was average. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

We a group of nearly 23 people go there for lunch. We already book the meals but not book any side dishes. After our arrival we ordered side dishes and the hotel staff says we have to wait for 20 minutes and we accept it. But we have to wait for nearly 45 minutes. Service was so poor. Food was nice. Dear hotel management please make necessary arrangements for good service.

The food tasted fine, but the service was SO SLOW. We had to wait for over 45 minutes for the fish curry meals, and another 15 mins to sort out the bill, especially when they added a dish to the bill which they forgot to bring to the table. There is definitely a need to improve the service, as that could hamper the overall experience of the restaurant, which has a beautiful traditional ambience.
