Indian Coffee House - Cherthala

I used to be a fan of Indian Coffee House, but my recent experience was disappointing due to the behavior of one of their employees. Specifically, when I asked about the type of cutlet I had ordered, the employee responded in an arrogant manner. This, along with the poor quality of food and unprofessionalism of some other employees, left me dissatisfied.

Worst Indian Coffee house I've ever visited. No hygiene, no cleanliness, and the worst of all is the food. Ordered Ghee roast Dosa and tea, half cooked, no ghee and tea was pathetic.

UNHYGIENIC TERRIBLE FOOD WORST COFFEE HOUSE... KINDLY AVOID. TRAVELLERS THEY ARE AIMING US, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE... Is this indian coffee house at all? Never faced such an unhygienic restaurant experience in recent times.got rotten smelly egg in egg curry which i ordered with chappathi.saw same review here.means they might be using yesterdays unsold eggs. Totally unacceptable and unhygienic and worst food...

Food is excellent. But the place looks so dilapidated . Indian coffeehouse needs to upgrade it's ambience and cleanliness

Food taste very bad poori and dosa so bad tea only good taste.
