The best Japanese plates and much of the rice I perfected and the meat is tender and it is always hot and ready when u come to this window. Lady's and the hostesses are always helpful and the sweet tea with lemon is so thirst receipt definitely recommend the prices are also great for the quality and quality of the food it is a victory once again if u have never eaten here try to promise it Ur taste buds will thank you and Ur Wallets

Hello all! As a business owner myself it can be quite hard to accommodate all customers especially those with no understanding that it’s hard to run a business and keep everyone happy, especially those that have zero patience. As I’m reading some of the awful comments I’m just beside myself how people can be so rude. My personal experience with this place was awesome. I’m from the lincolnton area so I didn’t think anyone could come close to Japan Express but I was wrong. They have far exceeded my expectations of Japan and beyond. What I witnessed was very hard working and respectful young people who gave it their all which is admirable in this day and time. The food was beyond delicious and I’m just about to order food...AND if it takes a while to make so be it. Hey! They are human and it also says they take pride in their food. People...find something else in life to be mad about instead of it being Mad that you’re not the only person on the planet that they are catering to; get over yourselves. Anyhow, look forward to their amazing food tonight! Thanks!
