The Cheesecake Factory - Cherry Hill

I haven’t been to The Cheesecake Factory in ages but the food and menu were just as I remembered! Nice ambiance, extensive menu, and great service. The Farfalle with Chicken Pancetta and Mushrooms was excellent. It was hard for me to save half of the dinner for tomorrow’s lunch since it was so delicious. I managed to save some room for a slice of Oreo cheesecake which was well worth it! Great night out! Highly recommend.

I waited and HOUR and 19 Minutes for take out. My Shrimp Scampi was cold/Warm lol. So the Manager Brian is ok. Genesis used profanity at the register and did not text me to let me know my take out is ready and if I did not go inside to check i would still be waiting. 2 other people next to me had their order messed up. They said they were short staffed. Place was clean inside. I do Not recommend for take out. Sad cause they gave me a refund and i just wanted to eat my food hot after waiting over Hour smh. I did not want refund and they offered to reheat or remake but I clearly was not waiting.

Just eh for me. Most of my favorites have changed or been discontinued. Portions have gotten smaller. Might be time to downsize the plates so they don't look so empty. The herb crusted salmon looked like it was cooked in the window. The herbs looked glued on. It was so sad ugly my friend said they would've rather had the grey side served up.

What's Happening with these Restaurant Franchises? I thought the one in Center City was the worst, but the one in NJ is the worst (the cheesecake F) Extremely dissatisfied service, the drink has an artificial taste, the food has no flavor at all, a 40 minute wait for yo food

Cheesecake factory CH please don 't play with me. Now I can 't say this for the restaurant as a whole but for individuals. If you are not consistent with every customer then this not the job for you. When you work in a field as such you work with everyone. So on this particular day..TODAY...I picked up my order just as some of the other patrons in the store...everyone was assisted and handed their bags when i got to the counter to pay for my order, I was waiting to be handed my bag. The server looked at me and said You can take your bag! Look, for some it may be little but guess what don 't pick and choose who you give consistency too and who you don 't! Thankfully I know the food here is on point but we not going start slipping on consistency when it comes to the patrons.
