Shake Shack Cherry Hill

I want to start by saying I thank the entire staff that prepared my order. Amy, Hope, Brian, Jeremy, Omya Jose and Xylah! Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable. I ordered the Spicy ShakeMiester and it was easily the best burger I’ve had in years. Thank you for blessing my taste buds Shake Shack. The tomatoes were roasted so nicely with the perfect seasoning and the patty was so Devine yet not overpowering my entire burger and the cheese was so melted and stretchy it was just spectacular! The Bacon Cheeseburger as well, so delicious with nice crispy bacon and that classic shake shack taste that made it so special. The NUGGETS so great so nice and crispy and they give you such a satisfying amount and don’t even get me started with the bacon cheese fries. They were so good and the potato was just zing. The pup cup unfortunately didn’t pass the test but we think it’s because it was too large for our little shi tzu Paris. Little puppies matter too Shake Shack. 10/10 otherwise

Taylor deserves a raise, she went above and beyond. she was basically a waitress and offered great advice and many condiments and suggestions and a beautiful smile! : she even opened for the door for us when we left. she’s the best period. Taylor go taylor!! : she sure served swiftly ha ha ha do you get it? taylor swift… anyways. taylor is the best don’t forget it and please reward her. thank you for your time. god blessDietary restrictions: vegan options would be a cool idea and shroom burger is amazing! Onion rings would be a great idea too. and a signature ranch like hidden valley. butter milk!

Overall an amazing experience. My server was Flex Washington and they were very kind, detail oriented, and made my overall experience great!

The food is not good at all but the shakes were really good. don't get any food here just milkshakes. the burgers were so greasy that it soaked through the paper and all over the table. the fries were okay but the cheese for them tasted like cardboard. literally don't come here unless u want bad food for a lot of money. it's just expensive bad food

Food is mediocre. Service is horrible. People bring in pets that aren’t service animals and staff does nothing. They give you root beer in a can when all of the images are glass bottles. There’s a huge difference in experience between the two. It’s a newer degradation of the experience here. The cherry on top is all of their responses to criticism includes “send a copy of your receipt” when this place doesn’t print receipts. You have to give them your email to get one which I did not do.
