It seemed like they were overwhelmed, as my order, along with others, was left unattended. I even watched my sandwich sit outside the toaster, waiting to be wrapped. The staff appeared to have short attention spans, jumping from one task to another, which caused delays for everyone in line. Additionally, the bathroom had no hand dryers or paper towels, and all the cup lids were out of stock until I pointed it out to them. It would really help if someone checked in on things every few hours. I've learned that visiting this Panera after school lets out can be chaotic. However, when I dine at other places before 2 PM, I generally find that the service is prompt and the food arrives on time.
Additionally, I want to commend the management: they offer assistance, but they also respect my decision if I choose to decline help. More importantly, they don’t take over and treat me like a child, which is a wonderful example of good training and respect for autonomy. On a side note, the designated disabled parking at the back is conveniently close to the entrance, making access much easier.
Extremely dissatisfied. I ordered the steak and cheddar with no onions. It was basically a bread sandwich. The baguette was not toasted and if it had the horseradish on it, it was undetectable. My friend got the turkey avocado and it looked much better and worth the $7 for a half a sandwich. I can get a whole combo meal that includes fries and a drink for less than that! I expect better from Panera Bread. :
Worst experience ever! I placed an order online and was a few minutes late. I stood at the door waiting for someone to acknowledge me but they wouldn’t. As they were leaving I asked them what they did with the food that wasn’t picked up, they clearly stated they threw it away but they were carrying my order with my name and order number on the receipt. I’ve been trying to get a refund but their online customer service is a joke. They respond without even acknowledging my issues and concerns and suggest I join the rewards club. So I paid for food I never got and their employees took it home and I paid for it! Sorry but that makes everything they make taste disgusting. Another company fleecing Americans. I personally don’t think we need businesses like this in the country.
I waited 20 minutes for a simple order, only for part of it to be incorrect. When I tried to address this mistake, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Overall, my visit to this Panera was very unsatisfying, and I don't plan to return. Food rating: 2/5.
