Dunkin' - Cherry Hill

I found her behavior unprofessional and frustrating. It's hard to believe someone would lie about a $2 order of hash browns. I paid for two orders, so I deserve to receive what I paid for. If they had checked the cameras, they would have seen that there was only one hash brown order in the bag along with the bagel. Her disrespect turned a simple mistake into a much bigger issue than it needed to be.

I was served a lukewarm latte, which was disappointing. However, the sandwich I ordered was quite good. Overall, I think the coffee was overpriced, especially considering the shortcuts taken with it.

They charged me for a nitro coffee but only served me a regular iced coffee instead. When I asked about it, they explained that they had run out.

Friendly service, good quality food, correct order, and not expensive- everything you could ask for. I have to say at many Dunkin locations I’ve been to, the staff isn’t very nice and the customer service is poor. However, this one was good and I enjoyed the drive through experience. Probably one of the best locations I’ve been to. Stop by if you’re in the area!

Lattes are good, their app sucks or never works. Most Dunkins don't even honor their app. And their employees do rude always trying to get over and charge and extra dollar or sometimes 5.
