Beautiful hotel the chandeliers in the lobby are gorgeous. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortably firm. The river view is beautiful especially on a sunny day. There is also a Philadelphia skyline out your window. We've stayed on the 7th the 11th floors. Last visit, we saw regatta rowers on the river, which is something you have to see! They happened to be staying at this hotel also. Embers restaurant has quality foods. Staff at the hotel and restaurant are professional and friendly. I recommend this hotel and restaurant! We will be back here soon.

Here for toastmasters district 38 conference 2022. diane, from eating and drinking hospitality is phenomenal. they went beyond and beyond to ensure that all guests were satisfied. their professionalism and ease of use, they were confronted by others in their department. I recommend to them every dinning event, company event or what they have, they just make sure they ask diane to be in the essential. it will be worth their experience. she made my weekend here on doubletree 10x better. thanks diane.

There remained for monster mania, no heat in the rooms, even put the thermostat to 90, but still nothing worked. they said they were looking into them. then we couldn't get new towels. We had to call me three times so they could get us all. the elevators hardly work. someone came to work there and said that it didn't work and just left. very bad experience especially at this price. eating was good, but so long took to get a server. she was very nice, but can't remember her names that this place was not prepared for this event at all. then I saw that I was accused several times and when I went to the writing, they just said ignore. As long as you have money, it won't affect you. I was charged five times and I understand it, they were not clear and should hopefully be fixed by tomorrow, but that's not a good answer. not sure what I will do for the August show at this point.

I've been here for more than ten years for the Monster-Mania Convention. the service was absolutely terrible. I never got hand towels that I only got 2 extra after I had asked more, I had myself and my friend there. We never got a mini fridge and the girl behind the counter was hanging on us. they looked very unorganized, and the people behind the counter had a attitude and did not want to help us. never go back, the convention will hopefully change somewhere else they hotels, this turned into just one place that just wants their money and they don't care about the customs! very hating staff that works in the hotel cherry hill very sad what it will.
