Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cherry Hill

I often place online orders here, but they frequently forget something, forcing me to go back inside. On three occasions, I ordered crispy bowls and received soft tacos instead. I know it’s Chipotle, so I shouldn’t expect too much consistency. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3 out of 5.

I got off work and drove all the way to chipotle just to find out they were closed, I’ve been at work all day and was extremely disappointed. Just as I was about to walk away, Elijah, opened the door and informed me they are taking online orders only. I couldn’t get my online order to work, and he went out of his way to let me inside and prepare my food himself. Elijah was kind, helpful, and will definitely have me coming back to this specific location Just for the outstanding customer service provided by him. Thank you!!!!

The ingredients always seem lacking in freshness, and the meat was flavorless. Taking my time to eat didn't improve the experience. The atmosphere was quite dull. Overall, I would rate the food 2 out of 5.

On top of that, the restaurant didn't seem very clean and had an unpleasant odor. I’d have been better off sticking with Chipotle that employs better standards. While the employees I spoke with were kind and concerned, the woman who overheard my issue was completely indifferent. It’s really important to do your job properly; professionalism counts, and one should be respected if they do their work well. Personally, I always check my food orders before eating. Update: A friend just told me her vegetarian order from Chipotle also had meat. Is the Cherry Hill Chipotle trying to sabotage vegetarians?

First the burrito was cold, it was terrible, had nothing I wanted. the Burrito bullet had nothing at all in it. not a drop eat only a bowl that were chips stale and guacamole shaped.i very advise not to order, except they want their taste buds to be killed. I am very disappointed about this restaurant, it should be under new management. I spent 43.89 so I'm hungry, and they'll get it together with people and money!
