Pizza Hut - CHEROKEE

This restaurant is a complete joke. We waited over an hour for our pizza and no one seemed to care. The manager simply apologized, saying they were busy. It is definitely the worst place to get pizza from.

There are no longer servers at this restaurant, so you must go up to the front to place your order after looking at the menu. You also have to get your own drinks, and they will bring your food out to you. During our visit, it wasn't very busy, but the napkins and utensils were not restocked, and it took 20 minutes for a table to be cleaned after the previous customers left. The person at the register was not attentive and was constantly on their phone. When we had a spill, I had to interrupt them to ask for a towel to clean it up. The staff were talking with the kitchen about non-work related things, and the overall service has really gone downhill.

When I arrived, my order was ready, the price was fair, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The waitress was nice but dead flies on the table and wi down seal, one of the plates we got were dirty. Didn't even use the forks either smh.

Placed an order around 10:30 ish am. Was told there are no afternoon delivery drivers. Would not be able to deliver til 5. I am at work at 5. Now I have to wait until I get home to have cold pizza
