Guy Fieri's Kitchen - CHEROKEE

I had lunch between 1 and 2 pm on October 7th. The hostess was terrible, slamming menus on the hostess stand and not saying anything, as if we were expected to read her mind. She didn't even say hello, just asked how many people. The waiter was not great, maybe he was new. The food was excellent, I had the steak sandwich and hamburger with an appetizer of brussel sprouts. Overall, I would give it 3 stars. The hostess really ruined the experience for me. Service: Dine-in.

We expected more based on the name but were not impressed. Food was cool, service was ok, the wait for a table and then seeing all the empty tables is not desirable; shows under staff or just mis management. Drinks ordered and then forgotten only to receive as we were finishing meal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Lynsey was a very efficient and knowledgeable server. She gave wonderful and honest suggestions. We will be back because of her great service! Arrived at 5:45pm. Party for 2. They were not really busy, the hostess said no tables until 6:30. 6:30 rolled around, and they seat us. There is a massive party nearby and our server was responsible for them. She didn 't stop by until nearly 7. She apologized for the wait, and we ordered by 715. After ordering she said the kitchen was backed up a little bit. Food took a very long time, and it showed up approximately 8. Once received, it was mostly just thrown together. The chicken sandwich was dry, with little sauce. The burger was somewhat better. Neither very good. Overall, the food was mediocre, very over-priced, and the service was terrible. I asked if there would be a discount available because the wait was so long and I was very rudly told everyone else had to wait so NO she did emphasize the NO ! then grabbed my card and disappeared for another 8-10 minutes! I should have spoken to the manager, but I just wanted to get out of there. I do not recommend and I certainly not return.

I recently enjoyed a delicious brunch at this restaurant. The food was top-notch, receiving a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. The service was also very good, earning a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was excellent, scoring a perfect 5 out of 5 as well. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!
