Casa Cibo Italian - Chermside

We had a wonderful time at Casa Cibo on Sunday evening. The service was bright and cheerful, and the food was excellent. It was just a little chilly on the veranda, but overall, we really appreciated the enjoyable evening. Thank you!

The food was fantastic and the staff were exceptional. However, it was quite busy and noisy.

We visited for the first time and we will definitely return. My husband ordered the slow-cooked pork belly, which was crispy on the outside and tender and delicious on the inside—he was in heaven! I opted for the gluten-free risotto, which was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options available; it was tough to pick just one dish! The staff were attentive, and the atmosphere was wonderful, reminiscent of one big happy Italian family. We can't wait to dine there again!

Great atmosphere, not too noisy but no boringly silent, reasonably busy. Wait staff very polite and right level of attention before during and after meal. The quality of food was high and well prepared, Ihad pork belly which was well done,but that's the way I personally like it; I think others would find it to overdone,it needed more sauce but then again that's my personal preference. The potato was good. The calamari excellent, the focaccia good but not a lot of it. Pasta dish a little too much garlic. Wine excellent ,a very light Pinot Grigio. All up pricing was average, reasonable value for money considering it was a very comfortable ,upmarket table service restaurant. I gave food 5 stars because everyone preferences are different and it was cooked well. I will be back for the Pork Belly but asking for just a little more sauce!!
