Refined cuisine, personalized service in a pleasant setting. The Saint Pierre was a slaughter, the chocolate lawyer breath is inventive and tasty. No false note! The restaurant is worth a visit.

I never had the opportunity to go to the restaurant. It's done now. During a romantic dinner and close to Valentine's Day, I was completely bluffed to have fun in a gastronomy at affordable prices and overlooking the marina. The dishes are seasonal, local and organic for most. The plates are splendid, the staff is charming and with little care, without being invasive. Perfect! No false note. Even the special cocktail in love fell. Everything is seasoned and dosed wonderfully. I just loved myself. I'm sure I'll come back to get my loved ones to know. Thanks again for this beautiful and good time spent at home and thanks to you. Your reputation is not galvanized.

For this Valentine’s Day weekend, my choice is on the Vauban, a restaurant with an excellent reputation that we had never tested. The result was higher than the height. A gastro of excellent quality. A quality reception and service. I love blue cooking for meat and COLOR a real blue cuisine: hot and melting, and not a slightly short cooking. Apricot toasts with foie gras are amazing and Valentine's sweet and goutu cocktail. Everything for the price of a chain restaurant. I'll be back with pleasure.

What do you mean? A perfect harmony of flavors! It's a real size of delights that offered us tonight... I who have known TRÈS grands restaurants in France and abroad, I can without hesitation say that the value-money ratio of Vauban holds them high dredged! The association of flavors here is a matter of enchantment. And the presentation of the dishes is not necessary, far from there... If there's a restaurant in Cherbourg you have to try this one! ...without any HESITATION...
