Domino's Pizza - Cheraw

Ordered and paid online for carside delivery…. Order was supposed to be read ready by 5:42 … waited for over 15 minutes then called directly … stated they would bring it out…. Waited again for approximately 15 more minutes and called again….. asked me to come in …. I said i was not dressed properly to come in that is why I ordered carside….finally at 6:26p got my cold order with no apology or anything!! Shame, we liked Dominoes and ordered fairly regularly .

I was informed that the restaurant was offering a special deal on a three topping pizza, so I decided to order one with pepperoni, bacon, and cheese. I also ordered garlic twists with marinara sauce and cheese dip. However, when our order arrived, we received only a bacon pizza and cheese bread instead of the garlic twists and dip. Additionally, the pizza was burnt. Upon further investigation, I discovered that I was actually charged for a one topping pizza, which was not part of the special deal and ended up costing more than expected.

Wow 2nd time here and was greeted with pure disrespect.

This will be the last time we visit this location! We were disrespected by employees who couldn't understand our online orders that we had already paid for. Every time we've been to this restaurant, there has been some kind of issue.

I tried the boneless chicken, bacon, cheese, and tomato dish and found it to be unpleasant and mushy. When I tried to return it, they informed me that they do not offer refunds, but instead offer a credit for purchasing something else. This policy seems illogical and the establishment could also benefit from being cleaner.
