Supraba - Chennai (Madras)

Happen to visit Suprabatham this morning for Breakfast. It was around 8 am and not much of a crowd. Ordered Pongal with Vada, a Dosa and a Tea towards the end. Quality of Pongal and Dosa were good. Quantity of the pongal was also quite adequate.  The only downside was the tea, which was quite awful.  I think Rs 156 for the above looks on the higher side but it may be reasonable considering the quality and the location of the restaurant (it's located bang opposite to law college and a minute walk from the Metro). Remember there is no parking as well.

After going through an hectic session at office,I decided to go out for lunch. I got to know about this place on Zomato. Ambiance was good and place was packed with crowd. I ordered meals as I did not have time to try something new. Food was delicious and worth the money. Service was slow and had to ask about meal number of times. On the whole, it was a good experience.

I totally love it. Whenever I go parrys I always love to have their north indian meal which is yummy as well as pocket friendly.<br/ Even the dosa is truelly yummm.<br/ They serve yummy food. Must try out food from here.<br/ The taste of sambar and chutney given with the dosa is fingerlicking good.<br/ #suprabatham

First chance the price from menu U have put 65 rs in menu and hotel 85rs Pls check price list from Zomato and hotel Check the price for dosa and idly

I had small work near Parrys corner, it was dinner time, decided to head Saravana Bhavan opposite to Kurlagam. Being Sunday managed to park my vehicle near high court entrance and decided to walk from there. But we were bit lazy to walk that much distance, so opted this restaurant.<br/ <br/ This restaurant is easy to locate. Just opposite to High court gate. Parking of 4 wheeler could be an issue during weekdays. Ambiance is simple and decent. Service is super fast and good.<br/ <br/ We 6 people Ordered dosai and idly. Surprised to see 5 varities of Chutneys, podi, sambar and Kara kolambu accompanying each item. All these side dishes are really good especially sambar. Idly could be slightly softer.<br/ <br/ Then saw varieties of Nungu Juices. Tried plain Nungu Juice and Nungu mint lemon. Nungu Juice is good while Nungu mint lemon is bit mild in everything. Pricing is reasonable. Value for money . I will revisit if I go that side.
