Anjappar Chettinad - Chennai (Madras)

The crab Varuval Masala was stupendous here. The gravy was spicy and amazing enough to make the boring Biriyani too good. The chicken 65 Biriyani and mutton Biriyani really disappointed me where the chicken 65 could had a bland taste. Fish 65 was just fine with the perfect crispness required for a 65 with finely chopped onions and cabbages. The mutton soup was really good since was spicy and hot. One of the best places to have authentic chettinad food.

Good food. We ordered mutton Biriyani , chicken biryani. Tandoori chicken and special anjappar chicken.All were prepared nicely. Staffs are friendly.Prices are very low .It's recommend to go.

One of the best Anjappar outlets. Decent ambience, clean place, good quality food.Briyani was so tasty that we ordered extra ones.Butter naan, butter chicken, panneer masala. Everything was perfect on the day we had.Mutton kothu parota was average. I've had the same dish at Velachery Anjappar. It's awesome there.

Awesome place for foodies especially meat lovers. Ambiience was nice and staffs were polite and helpful. overall one should have an empty tummy to taste the food served
