Arrival in my local Subway JUST MOMENTS before the published closing time Sunday evening, DAVE welcomed my arrival with warmth and total courtesy. During the day, with several employees on shift, that would not have been out of the ordinary. HOWEVER, I have run restaurants from fine restaurants to coffee shops and I know that CLOSING includes an eile of food preparation, safety, cleaning of the facility and a variety of tasks that are invisible to the public. They are multi-tasking like crazy, always think four steps ahead. The goal is to leave the restaurant for morning staff as you would like to find it!!! Fully equipped, in stock, cleaned and safe. To keep DAVE a GENUINE, WARM SMILE on his face, although I never rushed at the last minute, and feel like I really HIS HIGHEST PRIORITY... Dave should be used for his kindness and his SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Good food and great service. In any case will be back there.
Pros: -Fresh -Guten Customer Service -Clean -Fast Cons: (Nothing up to date) The subway must generally return Bratbeef. I also believe that the state/CDC guidelines should follow. One last thing, there are not many details about the subway membership or account thing, how is there a point system or what?
