Pret A Manger - Cheltenham

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere and seating area were beautiful. They had a great selection of food and coffee. The customer service was outstanding - they even surprised me with a free coffee because I had been a regular customer for a few days. I highly recommend coming here if you can. It's a lovely place.

I just received my order from Deliveroo, and it is absolutely amazing! The food is of excellent quality and is very high standard. It looks exactly like it does in the menu and tastes exceptional. I also ordered 2 organic chocolate milkshakes, and I must say they were the best milkshakes I have ever had!

Really beautiful pret. the personal is friendly and welcoming. the load is very clean and there are workers who constantly clean all the surfaces and tables are cleaned quickly after use. Here there are good social distancing measures. love how open the room is. toilets are also clean. drinks are really nice. the barista made me a perfect vanilla latte!

I visit this restaurant almost every day with my partner. We can't resist the pre-subscription loop and I wanted to leave a good review because every time we come, we have a great experience. The coffee is fantastic and the staff works incredibly hard, especially during the busy midday hours. We always order the same drinks (caramel latte and oat flat white) and it's always a nice surprise when the staff remembers our order. I work nearby and the baristas are so fast, efficient, and skilled that it almost seems unreal. I recently tried the mac and cheese from here through the "good to go" pockets, and it was absolutely delicious - something I wouldn't normally order. Overall, a great spot with fantastic coffee and food.
