Contribuiți la feedbackWe had a lovely stay at Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham. 4 star with the room, as there was a problem with the hot water temperature, but this was looked at once flagged. Great service received from two particular members of staff (Rich who had been there well over a decade, and who's grandfather in fact helped build the hotel) nothing was too much trouble and he was on hand to assist with all queries support. One guest had accessibility arrangements and nothing was too much trouble. Equally Kate Katie from the catering team breakfast team was a star and was on hand to assist with dietary requirements and with all breakfast requests. We definitely had speedy, smiley and knowledgeable service at breakfast because of her! Thank you Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

Dirty and dated booked in and left after seeing the small dirty room. Shower in a bath old and tired.
Excellent venue for a weekend conference let down by an under whelming conference dinner although service was really good. Poor to non existent recycling
Good for business travellers if your company is paying but I wouldn't choose this hotel for any other reason. Situated underneath a flightpath to a local airport and next to a large and busy A road. The rooms are a long walk from the check in reception, up and down stairs with lifts and very long corridors and when you get to your room, your key might not work and you'll have to go all the way back to get a new one. The rooms are ok but looking very tired now. The room was clean but with bits broken broken tiles in bathroom, scuffs on walls, damaged furniture. I didn't try any food at the hotel because it was surprisingly expensive, even for a hotel multiple alternative options close by. I was taken by surprise by the £7 per night parking charge; it certainly wasn't worth it and was just another money maker for a hotel that seems understaffed, underwhelmed and focussed on emptying your wallet in any way it could. I love staying away from home and whilst the hotel wasn't terrible, it certainly needs some TLC and a price reduction. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3
