Costa - Cheltenham

Good Friday approx 3:15pm. Gobby girl serving needs some significant retraining in the very basics of customer service skills. She seemed to irritate every customer I saw her serve with her useless attitude and lack of simple manners. Openly whining about how busy it was with her colleague for all to hear. Surly and abrupt with all customers. Shuffled to the pastry section like it was a massive hindrance to her. Abrupt again as she wanted me to hand her items rather than having to extend her arms more than 30cm across the till area… And not a single please or thank you. Pathetic.

Clean, lovely and friendly staff. They were cheerful, smiling and fantastic customer service. Drinks were hot, shop was very clean.

I recently visited this restaurant and the staff member who served us was incredibly cheerful and made our day brighter. I appreciate his kindness, as he even provided me with napkins to absorb the heavy rain coming in through my window sill. Thank you!

The BEST Costa we have visited. The staff are so happy, friendly helpful. Very clean. Drinks and food were great as expected.
