La Cigale - Chelsea

Excellent ice cream from a reliable establishment. During busy times, like after football games, there may be a short wait. The restaurant has separate payment and server lines to ensure a quick-moving line.

This restaurant is absolutely delightful! It may be a bit pricey, but the aroma and texture of the food are unmatched. The quaint atmosphere and unique shops in the community are also a highlight. I highly recommend trying the heavenly white chocolate and brownie cream desserts.

My family of seven visited this restaurant and were impressed by the variety of flavors, all of which were excellent. Despite it being a popular spot for tourists, the atmosphere felt welcoming and homey. The high quality of the food was obvious, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The line moved quickly. We will definitely return once we can dine inside without masks, but we are grateful that they are open and even the outdoor seating area offered a picturesque and inviting experience. We look forward to our next visit.

I visited the opposite very often to hike the hiking trails of the gatineau park. stop in la cigale was routine as they have one of the best ice creams I've ever had. some of the aromes are quite unique and the personal is very friendly. it is also cheap. when they find themselves in the opposite, they stop and try it out. You'll be glad you did it.

Even though this place is always busy, my wife and I love this location. The staff are friendly and they offer Dairy-Free options. La Cigale is perfectly located across the street from the Gatineau Park Vistor's Centre.
