Station 31 Kitchen - Chelsea

Went for the first time last weekend. Waited at least 10 minutes before our server even came to our table to get our drink order.I ordered their steak salad and to be honest the steak was chewy like rubber and not of good quality. I was only able to eat a few bites and gave the rest to our dogs when we got home. I was expecting more from them but unfortunately the experience was disappointing.

My review is only based on the work experience there of my son. He was making great tips, showing up early, taking on every extra shift he could. Last night he had an accident an a plate fell off when he was delivering food. He went to the cook and asked them to redo the chicken plate that was dropped. The cook prepared something different...maybe just a miscommunication, but he was trying to make it right....but I think we had a Karen that could not stop complaining to the point they fired him. People please remember they are working for $2.85/hr and live on tips. He has done wonderfully and has made more in tips than I make a full 8 hrs of work. He is soon to go to college in 2 weeks and needed the shifts to cover expenses. Please give these kids a break and understand there are always accidents. And to Ms. KAREN last night...I hope you are satisfied that he lost his job...he is a good young man trying.

I had eaten there before and did not enjoy. Everyone has a bad day so I decided to give them one more try with friends. Ordered the shepherd pie and it came out looking like a pile on the plate. Tried it and horrible. Friends shrimp came out over cooked. Tried to speak with the manager but he had nothing but attitude. Not going back. If you do, I hope you have a better experience than we did.

Outstanding! I love the dirty ds. Our server went out of his way to make our dining experience fantastic.

Our food was so good! Loved the casual theme and ceiling lights. The Fried Green Tomato Chips and okra were my favorites. The server was great and professional.
