Golden City - Chelsea

Absolutely delicious, served hot, and accompanied by a smile. I absolutely love this restaurant! If you're in Chelsea and looking for some great takeout, you won't be disappointed with their extensive menu. All your favorites are available here!

When I returned to pick it up at the agreed time, there was a bit of confusion, but the manager quickly resolved the issue. I also ordered some sushi to take out. Overall, everything is reasonably priced, and the quality is quite good. We will definitely be returning, but next time, I’ll place my order in person.

The dining room is open but realize that you will still be served in plastic and Styrofoam take-out containers and plastic utensils. Drinks are bottled, there 's no hot tea (water was Great Value). The young girl that served us was very sweet and friendly but not an experienced server. The food was fresh and tasty as always but we won 't be back for dine-in. A little disappointed as we were really looking forward to a nice little night out but had to ask for utensils and ate without plates. Not saying don 't go, just know what to expect. Can 't understand why we couldn 't use actual silverware and real dishes.

Yikes, not sure they really even try. The sesame chicken was overcooked and was mostly breading. The bland mush that accompanied the chicken. I didn't try the egg roll as it just looked like it was overdone I didn't want to offend my pallette anymore than I already had. Maybe the sushi but not me.

I recommend saving your money and trying a different place! The sesame chicken tasted like frozen chicken that had been reheated, which is not what you would expect. The shrimp tempura roll was not as described and had a strong fishy taste. This was my first and last visit.
