Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Chelsea

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a blizzard at the drive-thru and paid for it, but then they asked me to pull over and wait. I didn't mind waiting at first, but after 30 minutes with six cars in front of me and no one bringing out orders, I decided to go inside to get it myself. Even though there were eight employees working and only four customers in the dining room, the service was shockingly slow, with eight cars still waiting for their orders. I would recommend going to the Dairy Queen by Lowe's on 280 instead.

I sat in drive thru for 10 minutes we never moved. So I went inside lady told me she?d be with me shortly. She then took all the drive thru orders while I watched several employees just mill around. I finally walked out still hungry. I wouldn?t wastemy time or money. This isn?t the first time either. A month ago we went on a Sunday and was told they don?t open until 1 pm.

If you enjoy spending 20 minutes waiting in the drive-thru just to place your order (assuming you even get the chance), then this is the spot for you.

The service here is incredibly slow. They often make everyone wait in the drive-thru, which completely defeats the purpose of it being a quick service option. It seems like they do this to manage their serving time statistics. Right now, I've been sitting here for 10 minutes, and there are four other cars that haven't moved either since I arrived.

Walked in the dining room right at 8pm to have the supervisor on duty scream at us across the room that the dining room was closed. The door was clearly marked for 9pm (Not 8) closing and ample staff were present to handle a two person order.Disappointing experience to say the least .
