KFC - Chelmsford

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and I always find it to be dirty and outdated. The staff provides terrible customer service, nothing is ever available, and they have a bad attitude when asked questions. I will not be returning due to constant disappointment.

Im willing to bet I can guess a couple of the secret ingredients they roll that chicken around in before feeding it to me ... Number one would be salt this chicken tasted like a DOT truck drove over it spreading the stuff . Number...two would be grease enough to keep the axles greased on that DOT truck for a month im sure . When entering the restaurant you are met with the unmistakable smell of barn chicken barn to be more precise and it makes me wonder if the chickens come in plucked or even dead . The Chelmsford location is the only one that smells this way

I had placed an online order with high expectations that everything would be put together nicely. However, the order arrived ten minutes later than the estimated time, which I can overlook. The cashier was very friendly and I received my food before heading to Dowling to have dinner with my grandmother and family. However, upon arrival, I realized that my salads were missing, my fries were only half full, and my chicken was cold. When I called to address the issue, the person I spoke to insisted that I had received everything, despite my assurances that I had not. They refused to replace the missing items and I had to drive back for my salads, only to receive one instead of the two I initially ordered. I was treated disrespectfully, did not receive what I paid for, and when I finally sat down to eat at home, everything was cold and not worth the money spent.

We arrived at 9:30 on Saturday night. The owner seemed to be bothered by our presence. The chicken was overly fatty and the portions were small. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I ordered the $5 menu, what a deal. I just waited a minute. Excellent service and great price, how you can go wrong
