The Java Room - Chelmsford

Great vibe. Wish they had gluten free bread options and less plastic.

The Java Room has the BEST cappuccinos and is the ideal place to meet with friends and colleagues.

Today, my wife and I went to the Java Room a half hour before closing and odered a two Cuppucinos and a Cranberry Scone. We have always been very satisfied. This time though maybe because it was Friday to our surprise the server put out two take out cups. When we let them know we were going to be staying in the cafe, they told us because it was close to closing time (a half hour) they only served in take out cups. We already paid so we had it anyway. We were dissapointed though.

I LOVE their coffee so much. It’s the only place I go to for coffee now. Their staff is so friendly their coffee is amazing. They have a huge seating area so its a great place to sit and enjoy your breakfast and coffee

Perfect coffee, fresh food, amazing staff, and a fantastic ambience. Truly a hidden gem! I can’t wait to come back when they have live music.
