Jimmy's Pizza - Chelmsford

I waited two hours for a pizza that is only three minutes away from my house. The delivery person called the manager, who said he would come by sometime, but another half hour passed with no sign of him. Everyone would be better off saving their time and ordering from somewhere else. The customer service here is unhelpful; it seems like they only care about getting paid. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. After two hours of waiting, I was left hungry, and my pregnant wife was also disappointed. Thank you.

Another half-hour passed, and by then I was beyond frustrated. Save yourself the hassle and order from a different place—customer service here is terrible, and they seem indifferent as long as they get paid.
