Uncle Jims Smokehouse Inc. - Chehalis

They have incredible meat, from meat stick snacks to what I think is about the best speck I have ever had — absolutely wonderful things. they also make excellent sausage: their brisket is wonderful. I usually buy 8-10 pfund speck from them any chance I get: their Jalapeńo bacon is with anyone they ever find. before ordering.

I would like to bring my family to a place of business where POC are welcome, being I see the owner say negative comments about BLM and his posts to round up people to scare the 20 or so BLM peaceful demonstrators in Morton is sickening . How many POC does this business have on staff , probably

Jim is a great guy working with him for years. my man and I strongly recommend him for each of their sausage/pepperoni etc. needs. jim is the best!

I have tried wild game meat at many different restaurants before, but Uncle Jim's Smokehouse is definitely the best. The prices are fair and the service is quick. I would give it an A+.
