Salad $2.29 extra) had a lot of sliced large carrots, but had 2 cherry tomatoes, so I guess that's good. Got the plate, and as you can see, and it was underwhelming with all the squash which unfortunately I don't eat). The steak was good, nothing mind-blowing for the $34.95 you pay for a 16 ounce ribeye that I don't even think was Prime. Baked potato was good, but had no butter. I did ask for the sour cream and chives, but didn't know I had to ask for butter to be put on it. And then there's the roll...basic roll, not even warmed up and given 1 pat of butter for it. Asked for extra butter, got one more pat... As for service, waitress came when I ordered, when she brought the salad, when she brought the steak and finally refilled my tea), and to bring the check...that was it. Didn't see her any other time or get asked how everything was I still tipped ok).
People here were nice, but all time great steak that they have listed for an exaggerated price is just ridiculous. Management should be ashamed of having a Bland Steak as they did. As I said, these people seemed nice, but the steak was just terrible, as at the price they should just lower everything together and stop robbing first timers that do not know better. I read the reviews in front of my hand and don't listen, but I'm not telling you the steak that $30 was definitely misleading. I had better steaks with apple berries and this is a true statement. The fried cucumbers were good, but the steaks were just garbage.
Very nice place, wonderful staff, clear frozen steak. Patty's melt wasn't the best either. The Cowboy nachos were fabulous
I had a burger I rarely had beef. Wow. Just wow. I had a Dreierburger for my birthday. I thought it was vertical. They had a Cyclops size burger and layered the burgers on the bungalow and added my Bleu cheese requirement and they did not throw out the details there! It was great. It took two days to get ready! My wife had a cowboy reuben. Rye Brotburger cooks rare and beautified onions to really kill it. We had cowboy nachos that had a smokey pulled pig that will make you drool. Great birthday and the only days of the year we eat so! We drive over the truck to life and go everywhere in the nation! Good people are everywhere and these people were great!
Let me first say that this place is amazing! The waiting staff is fast and SUPER friendly. They treat you as if they knew you for YEARS! The cinnamon roll French toast is probably one of the biggest things anyone can put in their mouth! Now the only reason for the 4 star (I wish I could be 4 and a half) is the chicken fried steak was quite lifeless. Very embarrassing on the steak and gravy. And the cookies seemed very bought. But I would never eat here again!
