I usually prefer independent restaurants over chains, but I have to give credit to this place for offering a great vegan option, especially with the sofritas.

While I usually prefer local restaurants over chains, I have to commend Chipotle for catering to vegans with their Sofritas option. They do a decent job of providing satisfying and flavorful vegan options.
