I have been a fan of the Lilypool Café for 30 years, considering it one of the best cafés in the area. Although I usually take the A38, I’m always happy to take a longer route for a meal there, as it's very reasonably priced. On my visit in 2022, I noticed that the café had expanded significantly, and it was impeccably clean. The meals were excellent, and I appreciated the last order time of 2:30 PM, closing at 3 PM. Overall, it was a brilliant experience!
