Burger King - Cheat Lake

I opted not to lower my rating by a star for that incident, as he may have just been distracted. However, I did feel compelled to take away a star because it seems you have a significant roach problem. These little pests appear to have a particular attraction to sweets and were swarming any sugary liquids available. Normally, you can catch the issue early if a few sodas are out, but it turned out that ALL OF YOUR COKES AND ROOT BEERS were gone! The only options left were sugar-free drinks, indicating it seems like they have gone through your establishment like a swarm of locusts. I strongly recommend hiring an exterminator as soon as possible, especially before they discover just how much sugar is in your bread (and trust me, it’s a lot). I had a delightful experience during our visit! The food was freshly made, and the staff were wonderful—they were extremely accommodating. We wore crowns and shared plenty of laughs, even getting the staff to join in the fun. The atmosphere was very laid-back, making it an overall fantastic experience with delicious food.

Usually, the service at the Burger King in Weston, WV is prompt and welcoming. However, during my most recent visit, it appeared that there might have been a staff shortage, leading to much slower service. I have a feeling they might need to focus on training new employees. While these situations happen from time to time, I hope they can hire and train new staff soon. Keep up the good work!

Restaurant and parking lot was clean. The 2 staff I did have contact with were polite, courteous, and helpful. Food was fresh and served in a timely manner.
