Mcdonald's - Chaumont

On the long drive down from Calais the walled town of Langres looked quaint and interesting. On a Sunday afternoon, the town looked deserted, not looking good for a quick bite. Eventually saw the twin arches, what here.? Oh well looks like it,s a Mc Someting and coffee and on our way again. I will always remember the town for it,s out of place McDonalds, but the coffee was very good and the burger tasted great.

Had originally planned to keep driving and stop at Beaune for lunch but the I 'm hungry got the better of us and we pulled off. Sat nav picked it up quick and it was easy to get there. Good parking, easy kiosk and most importantly a play area! Quick service, hot food, happy child back on the road :

The queue's were quite long so we used the ordering kiosk which was very easy to use. We then queued to collect our food and were given drinks and chips but no burger and then had to wait at least 10 minutes for the burgers by this time the chips were cold! Not a good experience

Eat fast, like all other mac do food. easy for a speedy meal
