Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chattolanee

I love the Chipotle in Owings Mills!!! The food is absolutely delicious! It is much easier going there to enjoy their wonderful variety, than trying to duplicate what they do at my home.

Lack of competence is staggering at this chipotle...

Not having things ready to go 2.5 hrs before closing is ridiculous. stuff wasn't even working and rice, sour cream, pico were all at the bottom. it doesn't make any sense.

Horrible experience from food to service to even the restrooms. They were closing in 3 hours and were out of almost everything with no plans to make more. The staff was rude and seemed like they had no interest in being there and no pride in what they were doing. The restroom was filthy, for context the bathroom at the O’s game we came from was better! The rice was undercooked, they were out of everything but chicken for meat options. Most of the employees were not following any food safety rules for hair nets/coverings, and the food was cold. A terrible experience . Would not return and I suggest you find another restaurant in the area, this one is hot garbage. Yuk.

This place never takes cash and seemingly could use better management.
