The Hot Chocolatier - Chattanooga

This was my first time in TN and the manager gave me such wonderful recommendations of places to stay! She even invited me to stay in her spare bedroom to save money on my trip! I have never been to a more accommodating and welcoming restaurant in mylife. Ashley hand fed me home cooked meals every night and gave me a good night kiss before bed. Every morning I stop by, shegives me a free drink and all the employees clap and cheer when I take my first sip. I cannot recommend this place enough! ??

Highly recommend this place!! I was at the shop when one of your staff members had to deal with a ?Karen? situation and the worker Ashley handle the situation soo well. Like the strength you had to remain calm blew my mind!! Your staff is veryprofessional and a delight to be around!! Keep up the good work you guys, can?t wait to come in again!!

This place is great!! I came in a couple days ago and the manager Ashley was SO sweet! She had just had a very rude customer come in first thing after they opened and the manager handled it so well! After she left the customer proceeded to berate theother employees for her name. After that lady finally left the manager came back up and she was so friendly and helpful with mewhen it was my turn. The drinks are amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful! Definitely recommend!!

This was a last-minute stop while waiting for a dinner reservation, and we were sure glad we went. The selection of truffles and desserts was impressive! I got a make-your-own box of truffles as well as some other treats to take back to my family. Myfriends and I split a whiskey chocolate ganache dessert, which was SO rich and incredible. I would have loved to try everything!

Absolutely adorable and delicious hot chocolate shop. I got the lavendar vanilla hot chocolate and it was so cozy and delicious. You can pick or have both whipped cream and marshmallow topping, I recommend marshmallow. The french macarons rotate and I got alavendar one and it was also good.
