The Cheesecake Factory - Chattanooga

I wish I could give this restaurant 20 stars! It has quickly become our new go-to spot for delicious food. The pasta dishes are absolutely incredible. We tried the farfalle chicken and honey truffle chicken, and topped it off with red velvet cheesecake for dessert. The service was excellent, we didn't have to wait long at all. While they could use more staff, our waitress still managed to exceed our expectations. We loved that they had outdoor heaters on the patio as well. Overall, everything about this restaurant was fantastic.

We made an online reservation through Yelp, which can be difficult to change during peak hours. Luckily, we were able to change our reservation by calling and speaking with the manager. The only available option was for a late dinner, which we were fine with. The hostess seated us promptly at our reserved time, and our server, Rachel, greeted us with a smile and was very professional. The service overall was excellent, and our meals were delicious. I give this restaurant 5 stars for cleanliness and fantastic service. Great job, guys!

The service was excellent, which is why I am giving this restaurant three stars, but unfortunately, the food was not up to par. Everyone has different tastes when it comes to food, but there are certain expectations that should be met, such as hot temperature, proper seasoning, and appropriate portion sizes. Sadly, my meal did not meet these standards. The portion size was small and the food was not served at the right temperature.

Great birthday dinner tonight! We went around 5pm and was seated very quickly. Food was excellent this evening but our waitress, Ana, was just superb. Professional and bubbly and just everything you would want in someone who is taking care of you during your dining experience. I can't say enough good things about her. Peach lemonade was great, mango key lime cheesecake was delicious and dinner was all seasoned well. Thanks for a great evening and we will be back!

Came with friends after picking up my wedding dress and we had a great time. Waitress was really sweet and the wait time was reasonable for a Sunday. It was my first experience here and I'm excited to come back with my fiancé and try something new! Food was delicious and the mocktail was so good. Go have a great meal and a great time. ??
